This reply is going to be the first of Reporo's batch of 'advice' in what to do with your mobile traffic should you have it as a site owner. Ultimately, redirecting your traffic completely, for optimum results, is over and the sharpest of webmasters, no matter how low thier mobile volume, should now be launching some kind of mobile site of their own.

There are enough inventory types out there as far as ad formats or monetisation methods, that are supported by mobile devices, out there to deliver any WM, at the very least what they get now from whatever their mobile solution is. Obviously the focus still centralises on mobile billing to really make money, however an acceptance that someone can do something beter than you is imperative to this revelation.

Tube/free/picture/tgp etc etc sites now have a clear opportunity via, banners, intersitials, non smartphone (remember non smart devices all have 3g connection as wifi is imposible), redirects or mobile popunders and tabs such as cams, dating, HD (that can be geo targeted with the right ad supplier), apps or phone sex, to make far more than just selling pure mobile redirects to one global buyer.

If one looks at a large tube (nameless but obvious if think correctly) who went live before their compeitors on mobile at the turn of the year), they have gone on to exceed their Alexa ranking as far as mobile is concerned, by acknowledging that running web campaigns on their mobile sites, only hurts their web buyers and that mobile can be more lucratve if looked after properly, of for no other reason than page vols seem to increase 20 times per user in the first 3-6 months. They have, as a result, managed to retain their position as one of the iggest mobile players by looking after user experience and not raping their ad possibilities but maximising the opportunities they have available.

To give an idea of this possibility alone: the fact that popping one time per day, of every ios or android user (55% of all mobile traffic devices), a WM could look to attain around 65% of what would be for them, a cost per redirected user when sending to an affiliate program which is 100% premium.
In english: if you get $10k per month selling your mobile to one buyer, the chances are youd get at least 65% of that in pop revenue if you launched your own mobile site and in addition get the exceptional revenue generated by banners, intersitiails and tabs tat the largest of tube get - albeit pro rata however ou get to increase your sites page views per user and retain an control of site and audience.
