Search for the sites traffic rank on alexa.com and set yourself a limit. Say, if it's under 2,000 ditch it. The related sites on alexa are very helpful, you'll find many good tgp's that you didn't even know existed. That's how I built my handpicked tgp list. Lot of work, but worth it.
