Ok, inserting your html pieces it is now implemented in beta - can add pieces at top, bottom, as popunders, as instant messenger ads or whatever within HEAD tag too, also different per geotarget list of countries, also different for mobile or desktop.
Whoever wants to try:
1) have an affiliate account (if have not, make one from webmasters link at tubecamgirl)
2) Email at info@ or icq asking for try new externals ads (our contacts are at bottom of "instructions" page)
After a beta period, this will be a new menu option for everyone.
