It's not a matter of whose life is better or worse. Everyone has troubles. Everyone. You have to stand up and rise above those troubles. That is what defines and separates people.
If a person complains about the same thing, day in and day out, without ever making a change, they are doing something wrong. They need to step back, figure out what they are doing, figure out where they want to go, and start working on that.
Businesses fold. Industries fold. It's always been this way. Typewriters no longer exists.
That complaining person can sit around and wallow in their pity, which changes absolutely nothing, or they can start moving forward and take control of their life.
