VEROTEL 911 Help please.

An 8 year old account with you has been suspended from payment
processing with Verotel.

Reason:

Subscription management is not working on your website.

I have asked for help but end up playing email tag for 48 hours now.

I am losing re bills at a fast pace. Weekend coming and I have no experience with
this form of script. Can you PLEASE help.
