Not really, it took about 2 seconds to add the backlinks. That's the part that I'm not telling how I do it, though, and it's not a normal method.

I got lucky and found a good term that is very easy to target with 60,000 exact monthly searches along with a method to get 10,000's of longtails on top of that, that's all ;)
