RackEngine Does domain name registrations. I will admit we are a reseller for domain registrations, because really no one wants to with deal InterNIC and ICANN.
We have no restrictions on what domain names can be registered and we also provide free WHOIS privacy services, and anycast DNS for only $9.95 per year. Doesn't matter if it's a new registration or if you are transferring a domain over, it's still $9.95. Plus you can host your domain for free with our free RackEngine Starter package.
In any case, if you would like to register a domain, click here

Do you keep or retain privacy DURING the transfer process or is the domain exposed even temporarily and leave a history of ownership.
Can the datacentre be chosen at the time of transfer such as London site?
If the domain is transferred to your company then where will it be registered - in UK or USA, implying which law is applicable for any demand on showing privacy or demand to bring the site down by any claimant ?
Faceporn.no was lucky that this issue was clear cut for them. Which juridiction is applicable for domain registered with your company and sites hosted by to servers
please email me your answer. cheers.
