that freaking pic certainly makes the mind wander a LOT. I take comfort in 2 things;
1) She probably does not look THAT incredible face to face
2) She'd pass out from lack of oxygen laughing if I ever suggested I be allowed to touch her special spots
as for the OPs question. No matter how good a girl looks the 'best' of anything is usually subjective. What I consider to be the hottest woman in porn would most likely NOT be the majority's choice. So my answer would be no, not the hottest.
