Coming from a management background and dealing with this specific thing, I don't recommend outsourcing this type of work to non-native speakers. I've used odesk, and from my experience they are only good with copy+pasting. While it is possible to miraculously find someone on odesk which can do this task, it's also highly unlikely. Better option in my opinion, use craigslist for native speakers to work cheaply.
