True, and of course the profit is not made overnight..these things take time, but the profit makes it more than worth it. The project is real, the property land is real and the demand in this area is real... Of course every project has got it's own obstacles, including this one. That doesn't mean the project is not worth it. In the end somebody will make lots of profit with this project.
everything I said or will say can be backup with goods, facts and examples... and people who know something about real estate, project development already know for a fact the profits that can be made...
As I mentioned before I had a meeting yesterday and asked for other options, because without going into details here, it would be better, cheaper and less complicated to purchase just one third of the total area. If somebody really is interested in an adventure like this...and has got the cash to invest... hit me up and I will go into detail.
