I use a simple (TRUE) sentence with capital letters and grammar to tick all the requirements. For example

"When I was 5, I had a Dog called Patch"

Becomes:

"WIw5,IhaDcP"

Not a dictionary word, contains both Capital and non capital letters and also a number and 'special characters' (The punctuation)

Easy to remember and ticks all the boxes
