well my free try was failed that day. I remember I got an error that won't allow me to continue to the next step. and I thought it was forbidden in our Country.you know there is many forbidden in our country. so I belive the deduction is not successful. I thought nothing of it at first.
Yesterday I checked my credit card bill and found my account was deducted $79.9 from your site.I think your system automatically charges the my credit card twice in one week..and in this process I have not received any notification .
Well I have tried to contact your site Live Chat service. she got the details and successfully cancelled my membership .but she can only process one refund .but I want to process the other refund .I want to my money back to my credit card.
