I left some off the list but they probably don't want to be mentioned anyway. Like anything there is a certain point of making money where people just STFU about it. My uncle has never said how much he explicitly has but when visiting him 4 summers ago and working in his machine shop he bragged about his $200k boat in the backyard and told me "Now don't gossip about this at work or all the workers will be hitting me up for more money." The Audi's and BMW's lend credibility too, affluent but not egregious about it.
There's a screen name on here who only has 5 posts that i know that helped build disney's Epcot and had a salary of $3 million a year. That's just hearsay but he does have some credibility from the possessions he has.
Anyway, you don't make money posting on forums all day (like I am at the moment). It may increase your respect in others eyes' by saying intelligent things (or backfire). There comes a point where the return on abstract and tangible things hits it's limit though.
