Get caught shipping drugs on the sea and your ass is in jail. Get caught sending anything illegal through the mail the feds will ruin your life. Set a business up based on theft of copyrighted property and you get arrested. Makes sense to me.

No one is saying drain the ocean, close down the post office or turn off the internet. Just arrest those that are breaking the law.
