Fair comment, but most sites dont DEMAND such a intricate password..
However, if I wanted to use it for everything I would add the initials at the start and end - So:
NameCheap? NC"WIw5,IhaDcP"NC
PhatServers? PS"WIw5,IhaDcP"PS
Gmail? G"WIw5,IhaDcP"G
etc...
But 1pass is good too
