See the little square at the right? When the Commonwealth Bank of Australia advertises on television here, they don't even mention the name of their bank. They just say "Which Bank?" and put that logo on the screen. That is branding. You are an idiot.

That is not branding. That is a logo. A memorable logo does not make a brand.

A brand is very simply the aggregate set of impressions and expectations that a customer has as a result of their interactions with a company, its products and services over time. A brand is almost the personality of a company.

A logo does not make a brand.
