To be fair to both sides, this kind of thing happens quite a lot with "amateur" or homemade content. Models who work with their husbands or boyfriends, for example, may have a website where they earn X amount. Then an independant content provider or webmaster comes along and offers to buy some of their old self-shot content for a few hundred dollars. Seeing this as "free" extra money the model agrees, signs some documents, and forgets the whole thing.

Then, a few months (or even years) later the content, which has been re-sold or re-branded, appears on a big site like YouPorn and the original webamster, who thinks he has an 'exclusive' deal with the model (and may indeed have one!) thinks it's "stolen" content and goes about the irksome duties of issuing DMCA's, or contacting the "offending" site in order to get the content taken down, etc.

Happens ALL the time. No one's "at fault", just miscommunication. Okay, maybe the model is a little at fault for not informing her webmaster of the outside deal, but then again maybe she shouldn't have to since she's the producer and can do whatever she wants so I don't even 'blame" her. LOL

As long as things got worked out I would imagine it's over (except for Bako's bluster).
