I have comcast cable...and a home network connecting 2 computers via a D-Link router. One of the computers works fne, access internet witout any problems. Other computer all of a sudden cannot connect to the net...but it connect if I use a proxy!

So I have talked to 2 Comcast techs and 1 D-Link tech...and they all keep blaming the other company. Before I go mad, anyone know what I can do? The D-Link tech told me my computer can ping the internet via ip addresses, but it can't ping it via dns, so it must be a problem with that. I run Windows XP.
