eh...they should certainly control their kid more.
you could also try to engage the kid...maybe get him something he likes.
it is very hard to keep a kid happy at two years old.
ask them nicely for a juice cup for him...they dont spill.
how you act around kids your ability to handle the situation....girls soak that shit up
