Yes, I should have waited. I jumped the gun and made accusations I should not have. I owe Voyeur-Cash an apology for this. I have seen documents that convinced me this is a legitimate sale of their content. Apparently Melanie and her husband did not remember the transaction.
I have been Melanie's webmaster since 9/28/2007 and was not aware that they sold content directly to webmasters to be used in other websites. I have made every effort to protect their content based on this knowledge. Now I have found out that they did sell this content to Voyeur-Cash. I'm sorry that I accused them before they had a chance to defend themselves. I accept full responsibility for this.
