Damian knows about email marketing. When it comes to selling as I pointed out, he copied the wrong page. Imagine if you were being asked by a stranger all these questions or being told any part of your business is a problem. If you get him to think it is, he's likely to go around looking for other people to provide the solution. Coming in at a different angle is always the best way. No one want to know they're doing something wrong from some stranger who is coming over like he knows it all.
