ONE GOOD thing to come from this... we have removed all titles that are not listed as INSTANT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!! Now 100% of the content displayed on the site IS available for instant download.

Yes I realize this, and as we stated we had purchased one before that was not instant download and had it the next day. You also said we'd have it in a week. It's been more than a week. Either way , that's fine ... as long as the refund get s processed tommorow we're all good. We'll buy it once it comes up on instant download. thanks so much,
