No excuses. They don't even read my tickets properly.
Last 2 months all I get is apologize and that the money are being scheduled or transfered "tomorrow", "in Monday" or in "few days".
I think I'll just gather all the history of my conversations and publish them, since I'm waiting for 1 week for the answer of my last message
I was also thinking to provide free technical support to anyone who wants to move out from Hostgator. Now figure how mad I am at them
