You don't have the right to willingly hurt anyone unless its to defend yourself or your property (and that depends on the state). If you step in front of me and prevent me from leaving, i don't have the right to run you over. Not sure what planet you live on, but unless you live in Somalia, i think you'll find this is the case all over this planet.
