The cop was in the process of writing an infraction. Whether he intentionally stepped in front of the vehicle while writing the summons or not doesn't grant the vehicle owner the right to drive over the officer's foot.

Looks to me as though the Ferrari owner figured he owns the world and doesn't have to play by the rules. Good to see the cop(s) take that jackass down.

Hope the judge throws the book at him.
