As far as I know, there is no way to do that with Twitter... you will need a different email account for each, etc.
However, there are programs like "Tweet Deck" and many others that allow you to sign into MULTIPLE accounts (and even multiple platforms) at the same time to tweet, post, status update, etc all on one screen.
