cmon, we all knew that homeland security was an abomination that would inevitably be abused, and used as a new federal secret police with no real oversight or limitations, and a massive budget.
but, everyone went along with it. terrorists under every bed.
it's a little late to complain. unless you were complaining when it was created, like sensible people all were.
