Use Paypal or Google Wallet. Both are excellent and cheap. With Paypal you can request that funds be paid to you any time.

With Google they automatically pay you about 2-3 days after the purchase is made. They have a built in 45 day delay for new accounts or something like that (read their site), but after that its very fast.

The Google reporting system is faster and easier to use than Paypals.

If you're not sure which one to use, use both.
