Unless the armed forces change and police sides your asses are toast. You will be facing highly trained, the best armed and a commanded organised force whose resources are limitless.
They have arsenal that make you drawer full of bullets look like the a joke. you will need to run down to the store to buy more after a day or two, assuming the store has some and your credit cards or bank accounts still work and you have gas in your cars. Yes all these things are controlled by the Elite.
They also control your power, so don't plan using electricity, gas for heating while fighting. And your mobile phones and Internet are more tools you will have to do without.
And when the food in your fridge has gone off, forget about running down to the stores to stock up. The Elite control that as well.
But don't worry, when the wounded start to pile up you can go to the public hospitals, the private ones are in the hands of the Elite, to get fixed up. Until they run out of drugs.
