I don't think science pretends to be "the truth", in fact scientists go out of their way to say that it's not 100% certain. Science uses empirical evidence to draw conclusions, and even when the evidence points to something with 99% certainty, science doesn't claim it's
the definite truth, just the most likely thing.
Feel free to post the evidence you have that lizard people even
can exist (let alone do), or that alien life forms in the shape of lizards exist.
