The LIBOR scandal has already happened, CEOs are resigning, testifying is already happening and this guy has nothing to do with that and nothing to contribute. All kinds of people testify before Congress.
LIBOR had absolutely nothing to do with FICO and everybody knows that.
Sounds like he was too busy working and his son grew up movies and video games.
