it is nice to see someone fight back but are these efforts really going to make us more money or just make us feel better because we making some indians cry? are these efforts going to move people from using file lockers to tubes? if surfer doesn't want to pay surfer not going to pay he will just find it somewhere else?

Tubes are pretty different from file lockers. File lockers add much more convenience for sharing pretty much anything including videos.
With a tube it's just streaming videos of varying quality legal or otherwise trying to build traffic or whatever.
There are many ways to share files, but file lockers are probably the most convenient and of course profitable.
