I'm not sure how their traffic trading is because I just use their mobile redirection...but I earn more then I did with Juicy Ads in regards to their mobile script and I have been paid on time (infact sometimes even earlier) with Plugrush.
I have them in my sig but I'm not just praising them for the hell of it
This is coming from someone who was hesitant to use their service because I know they had some issues awhile back before they got up and running again. Use whatever you're more comfortable with, Juicy Ads or Plug Rush.
