I dont have BAD acne, from bout 6 feet u cant see any at all, but I am self conscious bout it and it is driving me nuts. I have tried some creams and some shit pills and nothing helped, thought this might do the trick. I would rate my acne at like a 3-6/10 BUT nothing gets rid of it!!!!!!!!

Its not the food, cause I am fit (finally!!) and I dont pick at it, and when I shave it doesnt get affected... so I said fuck it ill try it.

Heard it can hurt your system though... any suggestions, warnings....

Btw I am 19, so I know it might just be a phase but I dont care.
