In your rules you guys contradict your self, just as an FYI
* Quickly remove the cause for unforeseen circumstances and to compensate for the downtime in the double-billing rate.
* In case if will be problem with service on our fault we will refund money for unused period. (the size of the returned funds may not exceed the amount paid for services).
Basically, first sentence states you will compensate at double rate for a problem on your end, and second states you will only compensate at no more than the rate paid..
