we'll see what if anything really changes after this is signed but i think the fact that this guy ordered so much crazy shit and was never flagged is something that needs to change. people ordering an arsenal of guns and gear should be checked into to make sure they aren't up to anything.
and i've yet to see this incident be used as a reason to pass this.
