It's not how much you weigh or what you eat so much -- or even how you work out...
What matters is how you process that food, how you use your body.
I started running early in the summer -- wanted to get that runners high again -- naturally lost a lot of weight -- the lighter you are the less effort your body needs to exert for fluid movement.
Your body is a machine -- keep it running efficient. With the body that doesn't mean pampering every process -- each component must be pushed, tested and maximized.
