The fact is you guys could easily verify identities to the same level as for bonded employees making a formal request for every id associated with social insurance number.
you don't, and you know full well that the substandard validation has a proven record of allowing a 15 year old to get thru. (hell according to the court transcripts reality kings goes above and beyond the industry standard process be requiring multiple ids).
And a kid being raped is way worse then losing a small/medium percentage of your income.
