It`s very rare and I don`t know other cases. So if you state that the whole porn industry will be shutdown because fake id``s are popping up on a daily basis at all producers... then you are not taking yourself serious! On the other hand... Mega Upload knows exactly that copyrighted materials are uploaded to the site every day on a very large scale... so the "reasonable position" simply does not aplly on that situation!
