mega upload complied with dcma take down notices, The pointing to the files/removing only the offending pointers (url) still complied with the dmca remove access option.
As you pointed out government didn't actually have a right to go after them. (poorly executed warrants, jurisdictional problem, filing of criminal complaint problems, etc)
so your now blatantly misrepresenting me pointing out that fact as pro piracy is exactly the type of misrepresentation i am talking.
