My post was not about advertising it in magazines and books, but instead contacting magazines and books and letting them know it is available. Many magazines do have space that they use, but they often use/rent other spaces depending on their needs. Book publishers shoot covers for books, magazines shoot all kinds of stuff, fashion designers shoot stuff for catalogs as do stores. Freelance photographers shoot stuff for a variety of people. These are all people who might have an interest in renting your studio out, but you need to put something together and market towards them so they know it is there.

But most of the examples I have given would require the space to be in NY or LA because that is where these industries are based.

Where it is located will determine who you can market toward. Max has said he would rent it if it were in NY, but I doubt he is going to fly to St. Louis (or wherever it may be located) just to use your studio.

Regardless of where it is the same principles apply. Find out who in that area has a need for a photo studio, put together a package promoting it and get it into their hands.
Thank You - I really appreciate now your explanation.
for Russian market - Moscow is the best capital and place where everyone are located same as NYC or LA in USA. so that's why for me I just wanted to know ideas, regardless of location. and I was just mad people did not give any advice just asking and asking that's why i said NY cuz in my case Moscow has all the publishers and girls for the Russian Market.

Thanks again guys!
