Nevada is TXR-02.01c - Consumer's Use Tax Return. The instructions clearly state you are required to file even if no tax is due.

I'm not doubting you at all. But it seems as if the states were really concerned about collecting these taxes, they would mail the forms out to everybody. I'm damn sure not going out of my way to hunt them down.
