Ugly George was probably the first to pioneer this style of shooting.
Then we had people like John Stagliano who took it further.

There are others of course. to say it's POV doesn't do the style justice. It's a style of shooting where the person holding the camera is part of the scene and more than just a penis getting blown. He or she in the case of Buttwoman;
Drive the scene along and lead it. They're a personality in their own right and much of the attraction is them as characters. More often than not the shooter/character will be shooting others fucking.
POV is more often than not just some anonymous penis getting a BJ or sometimes fucked. After a while many of the scenes blend into each other. Because the guy shooting lacks personality. There are exceptions to this, still without the shooters personality coming across, it all becomes bland.
Yes many Gonzo stars do get a BJ and do film it POV style. The difference is "Gonzo Stars".
