These guys were "full of themselves".

Let's get real, they made a website and got lucky that people flocked to it.
There was no technology break through that came from them.

When those type of offers come in you need to sale simply because the buyer will
be interested in competing directly against you.

Youtube would have failed a long time ago if google had not bought it.
