I've sold on Craigslist close to a dozen times, and every time got what I wanted (or more) under my terms. I always hear of bad Craigslist stories from others, but I have done very well with buys and sells. I don't really think it's market dependent either, because I have done it in three completely different markets.
Well, I figure I don't have much to lose. I'm going to give it a shot. Will post my results!
