As for Quebec, we did NOT " keep voting in the same politicians, at every level, " ,,,, I think Quebec decided who was going to be the official opposition, and next election Quebec w3ill maybe vote in the NEXT government ....
Harper needs to go ... and bi-partisanship brought back!
