Seriously, those in power who *think* they can stop this problem are total fucking retards. A 10 year kid would have told them they could throw the stuff over it.
I saw another video where the Mexicans use a car jack to lift up part of the wall with ease.
A silly wall is not going to stop anyone unless you do it up like Germany did, with gun towers, dogs, multiple layers, kill zones, and land mines. But the USA doesn't have the funding for that. Oh wait, just print more money or borrow it. Problem solved, almost. Then the Mexicans will just dig more tunnels.
