It is a lot of weight, but last time I checked a few years ago I believe a gentleman named Ted Phillips had the record at 781lbs.

You would be suprised at how strong you can get! It's not size either. It's more bone density, tendon strength and 'then' muscle quality plus damn good form or you might hurt yourself.

I shoulder press 200 easy and although I'm 230lbs it was tougher doing that than bench pressing. Each person is different.

To tell you the truth I got stronger on a vegetarian diet. Scary strong on a vegetarian diet and felt better too!
