Heck, I could bench 500. Did it a year and a half ago. I was trying to see how much I could bench and stopped at 475. Then came back and tried again and did it. Freakin' scary.
I'm going back to the gym this month to go for the gold and see if I can hit as close to the world's record as possible.
ONe thing I've found out is strength is one thing, but FORM is the winner.
4 times at 400 and 2 at 500. But 37 times at 500??????
