For seven years I have accepted chargebacks as a fact of life in this business.

As our tools have evolved I can now prove that an individual has downloaded content, how much, when and to where. In other words I can prove delivery of what they bought.

I am seriously considering starting to fight some of the better documented chargebacks. Has anyone ever been successful in a chargeback dispute?

If so how did you win?
